CIS Site Coordinator Must have a passion to work with at-risk youth. Must have the ability to build a school site team – Principal, Teachers, Social Worker and Support Staff Gather data about a school and its performance the previous year in terms of effectiveness. Implement a site plan (on campus) to provide services school-wide, in groups and for individual case managed students. Coordinate the CIS Model of services for students and consistently monitor and adjust those services. Correctly enter and be able to evaluate data in the CIS-NAV system for effectiveness of the program. Have typing skills. Be able to use the computer to know how to send word & excel documents into the central office on time or as requested. Be able to use the internet and retrieve data for projects, activities and services. Have reliable transportation daily to drive back and forth to school districts. Have a valid driver’s license. Qualifications for a Site Coordinator – (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree – prefer degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other social sciences. Must have a background in working with school age children. The ability to write clear and concise reports and give presentations when asked. Have knowledge of local social services agencies. Understand child development principals. Be able to have a positive one on one relationship with students. Identify risk factors regarding youth. Ability to be involved in parental involvement activities. Must have skills to interpret data to understand what it means in relation to the students that you work with (Reasoning Ability) Job Type: Full-time
